Description

The Human Resources Coordinator provides a wide range of support across the Liberty Diversified International HR Community, contributing to HR processes, reporting, data accuracy, and day-to-day administrative operations. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR activities, maintaining highquality data, supporting a variety of HR functions, and delivering a positive and seamless employee experience. The HR Coordinator partners closely with HR leaders, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and employees to promote consistency, accuracy, and service excellence across all HR operations.

This full-time position will report to the Sr Manager HR Operations, and is based at our headquarters in New Hope, Minnesota.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Human Resources administrative support and best-in-class customer service to the HR Community and Employee Community regarding all HR processes and practices.
  • Perform general HR tasks for the Enterprise Solutions business unit, including but not limited to assisting in talent acquisition processes, finalizing pre-employment screens, performing onboarding sessions, supporting Talent Management initiatives and HRIS entries.
  • Serve as super-user of the HRIS, working with HR Technology Analysts to train and field questions from the HR Community around HRIS data-entry, including timecard issues & leave of absences, and maintain up-to-date process documentation. Ensures accurate and timely entries of all transactions.
  • Fully own HR process documentation to ensure the most up-to-date forms and documents are readily available for the HR Community and our employees to access. This includes but is not limited to new hire forms and packets, offer packets, onboarding and offboarding information, HR process documentation, etc.
  • Create, run, and distribute various HR reports as scheduled and requested and ensure all data is accurately reflected and presented in a professional and easy to follow manner. Includes supporting the Total Rewards and Compliance teams with annual audits.
  • Monitor and continuously enhance Employee Experience processes throughout the LDI family of companies alongside corporate Sr HR Operations Manager. Much of this responsibility will be carried out through the HR community, who will then deliver your suggestions and knowledge to their employees.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives within the HR Community around Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Includes supporting Acquisition activities.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelors' degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least one year of HR or related experience; internships and relevant practical experience may be considered.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures. Ability to research and apply applicable HR laws, policies or guidance to develop operating procedures and training.
  • Self-starter with excellent ability to prioritize and synthesize tasks from many sources, including being highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience using an HR Information System.
  • High degree of accountability in handling and maintaining various confidential matters.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Previous HR Internship or HR Assistant experience.
  • Previous experience working with a HRIS system, entering information, and extracting reports.
  • Human Resource certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The starting pay range for this position is $24.24 - $30.30 per hour. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.
