Job Details
The Sr. Administrative Coordinator provides key administrative support to executive leadership within the Johns Hopkins Health System Radiology Department. They will be responsible for calendar management of multiple department leaders, coordination of departmental projects and information exchange between the Johns Hopkins Health System entities, School of Medicine and other departments, vendors, or outside agencies. This position performs a wide range of administrative duties, including composing and editing complex correspondence and reports, providing payroll support, ordering supplies, submitting reimbursements, and handling confidential material with discretion. The Senior Administrative Coordinator will report to the Radiology Chief Administrative Officer & Johns Hopkins Medical Imaging President. Salary Range: Minimum 22.00/hour - Maximum 36.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
