Overview TRC Companies (TRC), a nationally recognized consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager to serve as a Trade Ally Manager and Direct Install Coordinator for large-scale, low-income multifamily energy efficiency and decarbonization programs in California. TRC is looking for a motivated and collaborative professional with demonstrated success supporting project delivery and operations, strong communication skills, and sound business judgment. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-facing environment and is passionate about advancing equitable access to energy efficiency and electrification solutions. The Contractor Lead will support the Program Manager in the effective execution of program activities. Key responsibilities include assisting with the development and implementation of direct install program pathways, building and maintaining relationships with contractors, trade allies, and property owners/developers, and supporting the rapid deployment of program services. The role also requires close internal coordination with technical and operations teams to support property assessments, on-site inspections, construction coordination, and development of technical reports. The Contractor Lead will serve as a primary program liaison for external stakeholders while ensuring program activities align with contract requirements, policies, and performance goals.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
