Job Description:

Essential Duties:

• Operate and maintain a variety of agriculture equipment such as loaders, tractors, chisel plow, disk, mulcher, rock picker, etc.
• Conduct a pre-operational safety check (walk around) of equipment.
• Coordinate with other equipment in work areas.
• Mow ditches and other required areas throughout the mine site.
• Construction, maintenance and removal of agricultural fences.
• Perform job duties in accordance with MSHA law and regulations, established company safety procedures and state and federal environmental regulations.

Other Duties:

• Service equipment and perform routine repairs.
• Support other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be knowledgeable concerning ground conditions.
• Good understanding of agriculture equipment and practices.
• Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.

Education, Training and Experience:

• High School Diploma.
• Agricultural background is a plus.

Starting Salary:

• $37.26 (Hourly)
