Hours & Pay



  • Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
  • Shift: 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM, Monday-Friday
  • Employment Type: Temporary assignment


About the Role

As an Injection Molding Production Operator, you will work directly on the production floor handling molded rubber components from the conveyor line through finishing and packing. This position requires speed, focus, and physical stamina while maintaining quality standards in a high-output manufacturing setting.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities



  • Remove rubber molded parts from the end of the conveyor line
  • Lift and raise the product up to shoulder level during handling and transfer
  • Prepare parts for packing by deburring plastic using cutting scissors
  • Finish parts using sandpaper and grinding machines as required
  • Pack completed components according to production standards
  • Maintain pace in an extremely fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures
  • Support overtime production demands as needed


Requirements & Qualifications



  • Minimum 6 months of manufacturing machine experience
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift in a physically demanding role
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Willingness and ability to work high-demand overtime
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
