Hours and Pay

• Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
• Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do

• Hand-solder, mount, connect, assemble, and secure electromechanical components according to specifications and procedures
• Assemble and test electronic and electromechanical parts using a variety of tools and equipment
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet established standards
• Identify and escalate assembly or soldering issues to the production supervisor
• Complete repair and rework tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment
• Move between workstations as required to support production flow
• Follow fabrication procedures and wiring diagrams with accuracy and consistency

What You Bring

• Proven ability to hand-solder; must pass internal soldering certification
• Strong manual dexterity for assembling small, detailed components
• Ability to perform repetitive soldering and assembly tasks with precision
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• 0-1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Soldering experience or training strongly preferred
• No formal education or office software experience required
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
