WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Content Producer with a background in the fast-paced advertising world to join our team. In this mid-level role, you will be the driving force that transforms creative concepts into reality, navigating the intersection of Creative, Account, and Strategy to bring ambitious ideas to life.As a key member of the project team, you will own the production approach,guiding projects through internal agency processes and client needsto define the scope, schedule, and budget for success.


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)





  • Act as a key partner, collaborating with creative teams to shepherd concepts from initial idea to final deliverable, ensuring the integrity of the idea is maintained throughout production.

  • Serve as the production hub between business leadership, project management, and creative, translating client objectives into actionable production plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Source, vet, and manage a network of vendors, making expert recommendations for partner selection based on project needs.
  • Own the creation of detailed production schedules and final budgets/estimates, securing all necessary cost approvals before production begins.
  • Independently manage the full lifecycle of your assigned projects, collaborating with senior producers on larger-scale initiatives and complex challenges.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet client expectations and agency standards for quality, while adhering strictly to timelines and budgets.
  • Apply a working knowledge of SAG and non-union talent rules and contracts to your projects.
  • Foster a collaborative, flexible, and proactive work environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and an acute attention to detail.
  • Leverage strong project management skills to organize and prioritize multiple, concurrent assignments in a fast-paced agency setting.
  • Identify and resolve production challenges efficiently, proactively developing solutions and escalating when appropriate.
  • Stay current with new technologies, production techniques, and industry trends to keep our work fresh and innovative.
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence across all agency disciplines (Creative, Account, Strategy, PM) and with external partners and clients.
  • A willingness to assist with small-scale content capture on-site is a plus, leveraging any hands-on filming or editing skills you may have.

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)




  • A minimum of 3 years of content production experience within an advertising agency is required.

  • A deep understanding of the ad agency workflow, from creative brief and concepting to client approvals and final delivery.


  • Adesire to learn and grow in your role

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience producing a variety of content formats, including integrated campaigns, social content, video, and static assets.
  • Technical understanding/hands-on skills in video/stills content capture for social media is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without sacrificing detail.
  • An adaptable, proactive, and highly organized professional.
  • A resourceful problem-solver, skilled at finding creative solutions to unique production challenges.



SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
