As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading the efforts to document all current procedures and processes for Finance, HR and Legal working with the Select Medical existing teams. Leveraging your expertise, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring documentation reflects the current processes, identifies all key controls and allows for UAT test case development. The documented solutions align with organizational objectives, deliver value, and enhance transition capabilities. Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of business process and connection to technology and people, to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and enhancement.
