The CoverMyMeds FP&A team is hiring a Director, FP&A Transformation in Columbus, OH, Las Colinas, TX or Atlanta, GA. The Director FP&A Transformation will lead CoverMyMeds transformation of financial forecasting processes and tools in alignment with the enterprise-wide initiative and goals. This role is critical to developing standardized, efficient and AI-ready processes and system for the future of CMM Finance.

Position Description:

• Serve as the CMM project leader and business owner for CMM's Enterprise Forecast Process Redesign (EFPR)
• Responsible for designing and implementing the new SAC forecasting tool across all CMM
• Act as the liaison between CMM FP&A, Corporate Digital Finance Transformation, Consultants and Technology to drive optimal results
• Drive cross-product line collaboration to design, develop, and implement standard processes within CMM FP&A
• Ensure the new system has data integrity, accuracy and security in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Responsible for all communications related to the project in partnership with project manager and change management team. This includes the development and determination of format, frequency, material and audience of communications

Critical Skills:

• Possess ability and willingness to evaluate complex business problems, determine a solution and make effective and persuasive presentations to management and key stakeholders
• Strong system, data and process knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; this position will interface with senior executives
• 3+ Years FP&A experience, including Budget and Forecast responsibilities.
• Project Management experience is required with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Strong time management and organization skills with flexibility to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience with online reporting tools such as SAC
• Financial reporting knowledge including: income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement, net working capital, and capital expenditures

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience.

Education:

* MBA preferred in finance, data & analytics or related field of equivalent experience
