What this job involves:

As a Project Coordinator / Data Analyst at JLL, you will join our Project and Development Services team supporting project management operations for a major financial services client through a role that combines financial data analysis, contract management, and performance tracking while serving as a liaison between project teams and client stakeholders. You'll be directly responsible for supporting a construction project management team to deliver challenging projects while being forward thinking and consistently demonstrating initiative to adopt new technologies and contribute to efficient processes. This position requires collecting, managing, and preparing reports on all project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, and meeting minutes while being at the heart of the team as an accountable, collaborative team member who demonstrates enthusiasm for implementing innovative ideas.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Run and distribute financial reports from Oracle to project teams while maintaining data integrity and coordinating with finance teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Hold Catina System license for JLL team and input project data from PM/Procurement worksheets into AIA contract templates
  • Distribute draft contracts to Procurement team and create final PDFs after approval to initiate signature workflows
  • Compile weekly project status summaries from project managers and distribute to client
  • Conduct monthly audits of active project folders evaluating compliance with client Playbook requirements including naming conventions, folder structure, and project charters
  • Monitor critical metrics including punch list completion, project closeout timelines, schedule adherence, and budget performance
  • Track team training compliance and verify timely publication of reports while documenting KPI failures and producing quarterly reports
  • Handle ad hoc client requests including badge requests, Vendor Access Forms, RFC tickets, and visitor access setup
Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced technical proficiency in financial reporting systems and database management
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with analytical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to work in-person 4 days per week in office environment
  • Interest in construction projects from start to finish with ability to support team in delivering industry-changing projects
  • Accountable, collaborative attitude with enthusiasm for implementing innovative ideas in team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited institution or relevant administrative experience
  • 2+ years of experience related to construction project management (experience supporting commercial real estate professionals in any sector is a plus)
  • Experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, invoice processing, vendor management, calendar management
  • Experience in commercial real estate, construction, or facilities management
  • Familiarity with AIA contracts and Catina System
  • Basic knowledge of construction or commercial real estate industry
  • Understanding of Oracle financial systems and reporting
Location: Manhattan

Estimated compensation for this position:

80,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
