Job Description

Visa is seeking a Product Operations Manager who has a desire to help shape the future of payment products. The successful candidate will join the Global Product Policies & Programs team that is responsible for developing and implementing consumer payment product strategies, policies & programs, focusing on expanding & optimizing electronic payment acceptance around the world.

The Product Operations Manager provides operational support across the Global Product Policies & Programs team. You will coordinate quarterly business and risk reviews, manage program billing and revenue tracking, administer internal client support repositories and chatbot agents, and deliver logistical project-management support for initiatives led by the team.

This role collaborates broadly across Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, Client Support, and Legal, creating collateral and presenting insights to leadership to inform decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (Essential Functions)

  • Quarterly business & risk management reviews
    • Coordinate materials, stakeholder inputs, OKR and KPI tracking updates and follow-ups for quarterly business and risk reviews.
    • Maintain decision logs and action trackers.
  • Program billing & revenue tracking
    • Own the process for monthly, quarterly & annual program billing.
    • Partner with Finance on reconciliations, revenue attribution, and variance analysis.
    • Publish dashboards and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Knowledge repositories & chatbot administration
    • Administer internal client support material repositories (e.g., taxonomy, governance, versioning, access controls).
    • Manage chatbot content and responses - monitor usage, triage feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Project operations
    • Provide logistical project-management support (kickoffs, plans, stakeholder updates, status reporting) across multiple initiatives.
    • Ensure cross-functional alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Cross-functional collaboration & communications
    • Partner with product owners, sales, client support, and other stakeholders to capture requirements, surface risks, and support execution.
    • Support creation of internal and external collateral such as best-practice documentation, sales-enablement assets, etc.
    • Present key insights and reports to leadership.

This is a hybrid position.Expectationofdays intheoffice will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in either payment processing or data analysis, or over 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
  • Practical experience with program billing/revenue tracking or financial operations support.
  • Hands-on experience administering knowledge repositories, chatbot & content systems, e.g., AI chatbot agents.
  • Proficiency with project-management and collaboration tools with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills that demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks or projects in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work and collaborate on complex projects and business challenges through detailed analysis, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 146,200.00 to 233,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
