Position Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect products assuring compliance to engineering blueprints/customer requirements.
  • Relaying and addressing non-conformance issues to Quality Engineer or Manager.
  • Quality inspections include proficiently using test equipment such as micrometer, calipers, etc.
  • Conducting and documenting product evaluation tests.
  • Maintaining quality data on control logs, forms, statistical charts etc.
  • Maintain / develop routings from existing data and Bill of materials
  • Assist production with new equipment implementation, manufacturing instructions, layout
  • Multi-task handling multiple projects.
  • Read and understand Engineering blueprints and specifications.
  • Maintain data for statistical analysis.
  • Contact customers and suppliers on requirements
  • Contribute to our Continuous Improvement efforts, Kaizen, MPS, etc.
  • Perform internal systems audits.
  • Read, comprehend, and follow work instructions.
  • Demonstrate good skills on computer software, excel, word, access
  • Must work well with multiple departments/people.
  • Use good judgment solving problems and making independent decisions.
Required Education & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
