We're seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team and drive major initiatives in the development of advanced technologies. Role Overview As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will: Independently develop and implement concepts to solve a wide range of significantly complex product and engineering challenges. Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects while driving R&D for new technologies. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex engineering problems across multiple product lines. Perform and/or specify advanced engineering analyses. Collaborate with internal and external customers to address High Value Problems (HVPs). Generate product specifications, define/coordinate tests, and document engineering results. Review engineering documentation, processes, and compliance requirements. Key Requirements We're looking for a technical leader with: 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 7 years in mechanical engineering & design. Strong experience with 3D CAD (NX) and Teamcenter(preferred). Hands on experience designing high voltage mechanical products. Expertise in analysis, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and root cause investigations of electro mechanical systems. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, problem solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and thrive within a collaborative team. Demonstrated technical leadership and commitment to delivering high?quality engineering solutions on schedule.
