We are excited to recruit a motivated and passionate Hospitality Intern for summer of 2026 at our Brillion, WI locations!This support role is perfect for those eager to dive into the world of hospitality and make a real impact.

THE DAY TO DAY...

• Ensure cleanliness of work areas

• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

• Follow cash handling procedures

• Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms

• Ensure compliance with brand standards

• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner

• Be environmentally aware

• Strive to achieve departmental targets

• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

• Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar and Events

• Consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

• Must be enrolled as a student at an accredited college pursuing a degree in Hospitality or similar field highly preferred

• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

• Ability to work on your own or in teams

• Positive attitude

• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

• Flexible work schedule which will include nights and weekends
