The Opportunity

The Business Operations Intern role within Global Enterprise Marketing - Field & Campaigns (GEM-FC) offers a unique opportunity to help shape how a large, global enterprise marketing organization operates, communicates, and scales. Our BizOps team sits at the center of the organization - partnering closely with leadership, field marketing, campaigns, analytics, and regional teams to drive clarity, alignment, and operational excellence.

In this highly visible role, you'll support the operating rhythm of a global enterprise marketing organization - from planning cadences and communications to tooling, process improvement, and cross-team coordination. You'll work closely with GEM-FC leadership and operations partners, gaining exposure to how strategic priorities are translated into execution across regions and functions.

What You'll Do

  • Support operational initiatives across the Global Enterprise Marketing - Field & Campaigns organization

  • Contribute to quarterly and annual planning rhythms to improve alignment and execution

  • Assist with developing processes that increase visibility into priorities, progress, and performance

  • Align with cross-functional teams to improve how tools and platforms (e.g., planning systems, SharePoint, dashboards) support global collaboration

  • Create and maintain internal documentation and communications that support consistency and clarity

  • Support leadership priorities that help streamline operations and improve how the organization works together

  • Partner with marketing leaders to ensure strategies and plans are successful and hit KPIs

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing an MBA, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 - June 2027

  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September 2026

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort managing multiple workstreams and navigating ambiguity

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from executives to individual contributors

  • Interest in enterprise marketing, operations, and how large global teams operate

  • A problem-solving mindset with a desire to improve systems, processes, and ways of working

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $37.00 -- $50.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
