Job Summary

Join our team as a Material Handler Class II, where you will play a vital role in supporting our supply chain operations. This full-time position involves efficient handling, movement, and management of materials and inventory to ensure a smooth manufacturing or distribution process. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you. Must be comfortable with heights - Our equipment can go up to 75 feet in the air.

Primary Duties
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Safely and efficiently transport materials and products to designated areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in warehouses or storage areas to optimize space and facilitate easy retrieval.
  • Stage materials for production lines, ensuring timely availability for manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts to maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to prioritize material movement and resolve discrepancies.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Assist with loading outbound shipments and prepare materials for delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, contributing to workplace safety and efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay current with operational procedures and equipment use.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in material handling or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, with appropriate certifications where required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify and check inventory and shipment documentation accurately.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management software and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Commitment to following health, safety, and environmental standards.
Education / Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Relevant experience in warehouse or material handling roles is essential. Certifications in forklift operation or related equipment are a plus and may be required depending on site regulations.

The US base rate for this full-time position is . The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
