What to Expect
The Lead Commercial Installer will work with a cross-functional team of 4-20 members handling all trades required to get the work done, together. Team will be expected to push the limits of construction technology and techniques, and as such will have direct feedback contact with designers, project managers, and business developers related to the program. Skills in all areas of electrical are not necessarily required but the job can and will involve a variety of electrical disciplines. A strong candidate will be open minded, and mission driven.

What You'll Bring
- Lift 50 lbs. from ground and pull 50 lbs. of force, maintain a standing position for long periods of time while performing repetitive actions work off ladders, man lifts or reach booms
- Perform ladder climbing, wire pulling and conduit pulling
- Fully squat, stoop or kneel while wearing a 25 lbs. tool belt
- Must have a valid driver's license and must be insured
- Ability to work in challenging environments (hot sun, cold, wind, tight spaces, etc.), capable of standing for long stretches of time and working at heights (on rooftops, climb ladders and stairs)
- Ability to safely handle tools and materials commonly found in construction and solar industries, such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards and other similar electrical equipment
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including but not limited to peers and customers

Expected Compensation
$20.32 - $48.72/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
