• Schooling: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background: 6 months to 1 year in production or inspection work helps you hit your stride.
• Sharp Eyes: You notice what others overlook.
• Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, handle materials safely, and keep pace with the crew.
• Team Mentality: Reliable, steady, and proud to be part of a crew that values doing things right.

What You'll Do:

You'll be right on the floor where the action happens. You'll inspect, measure, and track the quality that keeps production moving. You'll spot issues before they become problems and work with the crew to keep everything safe and smooth.
