This is a hands-on mechanical role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently. This role is ideal for mechanics with manufacturing maintenance experience who are comfortable working independently and responding quickly to equipment issues in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on high-speed manufacturing equipment Respond to production line calls and unplanned downtime events Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance Assist with equipment installation, setup, and testing Identify root causes of mechanical failures and implement permanent fixes Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Document maintenance activities and repairs as required Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience working with high-speed or automated production equipment Ability to diagnose, repair, and install industrial machinery Comfortable working independently on assigned shifts Solid understanding of preventative maintenance best practices Preferred (Not Required) Experience in food, beverage, packaging, or consumer goods manufacturing Familiarity with CMMS systems Basic electrical or pneumatic knowledge Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $32-$35/hour + overtime Healthcare: Blue Cross Blue Shield EPO & PPO plans (no deductibles, low premiums) Dental: Delta Dental Life & Disability: Employer-paid life insurance & short-term disability Time Off: Vacation, sick time, and 12 paid holidays Uniforms: Provided and maintained by employer Extras: Employee discounts, product giveaways, referral bonuses Retirement: 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing Ready to Apply?
