Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - Manufacturing (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift)

Location: Littleton, MA

Pay: $32-$35/hour + overtime

Shift Differential: Paid on all shifts

Schedule Options:



  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Overtime available and paid

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support a high-volume manufacturing facility in Littleton, MA. This is a hands-on mechanical role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently.

This role is ideal for mechanics with manufacturing maintenance experience who are comfortable working independently and responding quickly to equipment issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on high-speed manufacturing equipment
  • Respond to production line calls and unplanned downtime events
  • Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Assist with equipment installation, setup, and testing
  • Identify root causes of mechanical failures and implement permanent fixes
  • Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Document maintenance activities and repairs as required



Required Qualifications



  • 3-5+ years of maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with high-speed or automated production equipment
  • Ability to diagnose, repair, and install industrial machinery
  • Comfortable working independently on assigned shifts
  • Solid understanding of preventative maintenance best practices


Preferred (Not Required)



  • Experience in food, beverage, packaging, or consumer goods manufacturing
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems
  • Basic electrical or pneumatic knowledge
