Solution Delivery Consultant - PostImplementation

As a Solution Delivery Consultant on our PostImplementation team, you will support established clients after golive by assisting with system optimization, configuration, and ongoing solution support. In this role, you will work alongside experienced consultants to build technical expertise, strengthen client relationships, and help ensure longterm value and stability for our clients.

You will develop a growing understanding of each client's environment while learning how to identify opportunities, support enhancements, and resolve issues that help clients remain engaged and successful. This role is well suited for someone early in their healthcare IT career who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in a clientfacing environment.

We're looking for someone with foundational skills in healthcare technology and a strong interest in EHR systems, particularly myAvatar. Exposure to clinical workflows, data analytics, or healthcare billing is a plus. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and capable of translating information into actionable insights with guidance from senior team members. Strong task management and problemsolving skills will support success in this fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with postimplementation system configuration and testing activities following established processes
  • Gather and document business requirements with guidance from senior team members
  • Participate in design and review sessions to understand configuration decisions and system interdependencies
  • Support solution analysis by identifying risks, issues, and configuration readiness
  • Partner with senior consultants to help resolve client issues and support ongoing system optimization
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and documentation of best practices
  • Learn and apply Netsmart methodologies and postimplementation support standards
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare information technology, systems support, or a related field
  • Basic experience troubleshooting data or software applications
  • Interest in process improvement and projectbased work
  • Comfortability with working in ambiguity

Preferred

  • Exposure to Netsmart EHR solutions, including myAvatar
  • Internship, coursework, or early career experience in healthcare IT, clinical operations, or revenue cycle
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing concepts or reporting tools
  • Basic understanding of programming or reporting solutions such as Java Script, HTML, CSS, SQL, Crystal Reports, or SSRS
  • Willingness to learn healthcare reimbursement models and postimplementation workflows
Expectations
  • Potential travel up to 20% of the time as needed
  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
