Responsibilities

We are seeking an Expert-Level Systems Integrator to lead and oversee systems-of-systems integration across the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and U.S. Federal Agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity, interoperability, and performance of complex enterprise solutions that enable timely and accurate GEOINT.

This position is ideal for a senior integration leader who brings a holistic, end-to-end systems perspective and thrives in large-scale, mission-driven environments.

What You'll Do

As an Expert Systems Integrator, you will partner with Government stakeholders to plan, integrate, and sustain enterprise solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

    Lead and execute systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to support mission-critical GEOINT delivery.

  • Maintain a total systems perspective, ensuring alignment and interoperability across services, infrastructure, security, and operational domains.

  • Plan and oversee integration approaches for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid systems and services.

  • Lead and support testing, documentation, implementation, and sustainment of integrated solutions.

  • Oversee the development of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages.

  • Identify and manage system dependencies, interfaces, risks, and technical constraints.

  • Guide and mentor senior-, mid-, and junior-level systems integrators, ensuring technical rigor and best practices.

  • Support Government integration strategies and enterprise-level decision-making.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or:

    • 4 additional years of relevant experience with no degree, or

    • 2 additional years of relevant experience with a non-STEM degree.

  • 18+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry integrating large, complex System-of-Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments.

  • Hands-on experience integrating systems across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures.

  • Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience.

  • Prior IC and/or DoD program or project experience.

  • TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph.

Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.

  • Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages.

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale integration efforts within GEOINT or IC mission environments.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
