Project Scheduler/Coordinator

What You Will Do:



We are seeking a Project Scheduler to engage product development teams and maintain valid, effective schedules throughout all project development phases. In this role, you will support the Program Manager by creating and managing the detailed program schedule and assisting with various activities, such as managing the action item list and documentation.



This hybrid on-site position is located at our headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly to the Program Manager.



How You Will Do It:



  • Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Scheduling Principles (GASP).
  • Collect schedule updates at a defined cadence and maintain accurate actuals, remaining work, and new scope.
  • Perform critical path and driving path analyses, including "what-if" scenarios and recovery/mitigation planning.
  • Generate Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and reports, including Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), and Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP).
  • Conduct Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 14-Point Schedule Assessments and continuously audit schedules for quality and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain staffing plans and support priority-based resource allocation.
  • Create and maintain schedule visualizations, including Gantt charts, milestone charts, and summary-level reports.
  • Support Project Leadership with schedule performance analysis and executive-level PowerPoint briefings.
  • Identify and manage milestones, phase gates, deliverables, decision points, and key program events.
  • Troubleshot schedule issues and drove consistency across programs using established processes and procedures.
  • Author schedule management and planning documentation.
  • Maintain multiple project schedules concurrently.
  • Support program documentation, including Risk Registers, Rolling Action Item Lists (RAIL), and milestone tracking.
  • Track deliverables and action item status to support on-time customer commitments.



What We Look For:

Required



  • An Associate's degree in business or other relevant major from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum two years of project scheduling experience, preferably within an engineering or project/program management team.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project (logic ties, constraints, baselines, resource loading.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, etc..).
  • Experience maintaining multiple concurrent schedules.
  • Have flexibility in work style to respond to multiple requests/tasks and handle sudden changes in priorities. Able to embrace and participate in change direction.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.



Desired



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or other relevant major from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management methodologies.
  • Experience applying Generally Accepted Scheduling Principles (GASP)
  • Experience in managing highly technical product developments.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methods.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
