Halff has an immediate opening for an experienced Professional Civil Engineer to fulfill the role of a Senior Project Advisor specializing in our Water and Wastewater practice located in Jacksonville, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to provide strategic support to expand our water and wastewater practice in Florida. The ideal candidate will bring experience working with water utilities projects that include treatment plants, pump stations, water storage and pipelines.

The successful candidate should have proven experience in managing existing clients, developing new clients, managing a project team, and leading project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar studies
• Preferred PE license in the state of Florida or can obtain within 6 months
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Water and Wastewater project delivery
• Robust communication, written and verbal skills
• Proficient in project management, administration, training and supervision of technical staff
• Proven business development experience
• Positive attitude, self-directed yet a team player, with a focus on integrity and quality
