Position: Environmental Scientist

Location:Signal Hill, CA

Your Responsibilities:

Opportunity to serve as technical lead onenvironmental assessment and remediation projects
Write and review technical reports andproposals
Prepare and deliver marketingpresentations
Assist with project management activities
Contribute to successful businessdevelopment of new clients and projects
Mentor and train scientific staff and ensurequality work product

What we're looking for:

BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or other related field.
2+ years of experience providing environmental consulting services including technical writing, technical oversight, and project management for a variety of types of projects
Soil, gas, and groundwater sampling,
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Strong safety awareness and a good record and understanding of safe work practices
40-hour HAZWOPER certification
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Experience with job cost accounting

Annual Expected Pay Range

$70,000 — $95,000 USD
