In this dynamic role, you will lead the charge on complex electronic and control system projects, working alongside multidisciplinary teams. You'll not only be a technical expert but also a mentor, guiding and developing fellow engineers. Your work will involve pioneering new technologies, establishing best practices that prioritize reliability and safety, and ensuring the highest standards in design verification. **What You Will Do:**

* Lead and execute complex electronic and control system projects, collaborating with engineers across various disciplines.

* Serve as a technical expert, providing coaching and development to other engineers.

* Drive the implementation of cutting-edge technologies in the design of electronic systems.

* Establish best practices that integrate Reliability, Health, Safety, and Environment concepts into analysis and design.

* Ensure the proper selection and application of empirical and analytical methods for design verification.

* Evaluate project risks comprehensively and develop strategic risk mitigation plans.

* Advise colleagues on the appropriate application of industry standards.

* Collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary process improvement teams.

* Make significant contributions to the organization's Intellectual Property portfolio through innovative and commercially successful solutions.

* Represent the organization in external professional societies and conferences, potentially gaining recognition as an industry authority.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical discipline.

* A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in related electrical engineering roles, with a focus on R&D or complex electronic/control systems.

* Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaboration and leadership.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A Master's or doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
