Netsmart is seeking a highimpact Senior Client Development Executive to drive strategic growth, strengthen executive relationships, and expand the value of our solutions across Specialty Practices. This role is ideal for a proven healthcare IT sales leader with a history of surpassing revenue goals, improving client health, and delivering meaningful results across complex postacute and behavioral health environments.
In this position, you will act as a trusted partner to Csuite leaders-listening deeply, understanding operational challenges, and shaping strategic plans that enhance performance and outcomes. You'll identify opportunities to optimize workflows within the Care Record, expand solution adoption, and translate industry trends into actionable, clientcentered strategies. We're looking for someone who thrives in consultative, relationshipdriven environments; excels at uncovering crosssell and upsell opportunities; and can navigate changing industry pressures with confidence and clarity.
