Hot End Process Improver

Pilkington North America, Inc. seeks a Hot End Process Improver to assist in Laurinburg, NC. Duties: setting the direction for manufacturing operations as well as producing products to meet production scheduling and customer requirements. Meeting these requirements while ensuring product quality, scheduling, operational, and cost targets are achieved along with that of meeting plant safety/housekeeping goals, among others.
