SUMMARY:

Assists the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor corrective and preventative maintenance for all AWPC Infrastructure Assets. Troubleshoot facility, electrical and mechanical issues, and maintain all infrastructures assets via the preventative maintenance program. Required to be on call 24/7 to support critical operations off hours.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1.	Provides general facility support by fulfilling maintenance work orders; such as office moves, storage transport, minor drywall repairs, office painting, basic plumbing repairs and lighting repairs	60
2.	Coordinate and escort contractors performing maintenance and project work	15
2.	Assist Facilities Maintenance Supervisor with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Program tasks as needed.	15
4.	Support the Fuel Maintenance & Hazmat Tech and the Enterprise Operations Coordinator as needed to ensure safety and regulation requirement are met.	5
5.	Perform other duties and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.	5

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; some trade school training in electronics or basic construction a plus

Experience

3-5 years' experience performing building maintenance

Competencies & Attributes

1.	Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule.
2.	Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
3.	Entry level PC skills; SAP skills are a plus
4.	Experience in maintenance trades; able to lift, stand, push and pull for long periods of time
5.	Well-organized and ability to multi-task
6.	Able to work evenings and weekends on occasion due to seasonal weather needs or after-hours construction needs

Licensure/Certification

Valid driver's license
