We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Position: Case Manager We seek a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team in supporting young adults on their journey toward employment and career development. As a Case Manager, you will be vital in providing individualized support, guidance, and resources to help young adults overcome barriers and achieve their employment and training goals. You will work closely with program participants to assess their needs, develop personalized action plans, connect them with relevant services, and monitor their progress throughout the program.
