0140 - Industrial production managers Description Work Details Primary Location: Garland, TX Work Model: Onsite Role Type: Full Time Core Working Hours: First Shift Travel Requirements: None About This Role The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the company's equipment and facilities by effectively managing a team of multi-craft technicians, planners, and administration personnel in the implementation and execution of maintenance programs and strategies. Core competencies include maintaining equipment records, developing maintenance strategies, determining parts inventory requirements, maintaining the MRO budget in compliance with purchasing procedures, and performance of any other related work when necessary. This position reports directly to the Plant Engineering Manager and works in tandem with the Utilities Manager, Wastewater Manager, and Reliability Engineering Manager to maintain all Daisy Brand Wooster assets. All work directed by the Maintenance Manager will ensure compliance with food quality, food safety and OSHA safety regulations. What You'll Be Responsible For
