Position Title: Valet Attendant Reports To: Valet Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles in a timely and professional manner. The Valet Attendant will also assist guests with loading, unloading, and handling luggage to ensure a streamlined arrival and departure experience. RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports to the Valet Supervisor, retains relationships with peers and all other departments within the company, maintains relationships with current and prospective residents, and maintains relationships with suppliers, vendors, and others serving the Company or the property.
