To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com. What does a Plant Controller do? In this role, you're responsible for managing and delivering the Financial Statements for LB Slovakia Plastics s.r.o. You ensure they fully comply with Slovak accounting standards, US GAAP, international accounting rules, and all local legal requirements. As the Plant Controller, you act as the key financial and business partner to both the local organization and the corporate teams. You make sure the company follows all group policies and legal obligations, and you maintain a strong internal control environment. This means ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of all financial information. You also lead the Budget process and oversee the company's financial planning, making sure all reports are delivered on time and meet corporate expectations. Why do we need you? In this role, you will: Lead the company's overall financial strategy and ensure robust financial management. Drive financial analysis, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and guide investment decisions. Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring strong preparation and reliable outcomes. Implement and monitor internal controls, including SOXrelated guidelines. Manage cash flow, statutory reporting, and all taxrelated processes (income tax, VAT). Champion lean management initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Review contracts from a financial perspective and maintain strong relationships with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and legal partners. Lead and develop the finance team while supporting efficient use of the Oracle accounting system and handling adhoc business needs. Qualifications University Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. Significant experience in controlling within a manufacturing environment. Fluency in both Slovak and English (spoken and written). Strong analytical mindset with high numerical accuracy and technical proficiency. Proven problemsolving abilities and the initiative to drive improvements.
