Job Description




Our canine group, under Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services, is hiring an Operations Program Manager. The Operations Program Manager is responsible for optimizing organizational workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving operational excellence. This role plays a critical part in developing and refining processes, coordinating resources, maintaining program documentation, and generating data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Partner with regional leadership to evaluate staffing, tools, and infrastructure needs that support both ongoing operations and strategic initiatives
  • Gather and interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources, transforming findings into clear analytical reports that inform operational and strategic decisions
  • Maintain comprehensive and well-organized data systems to support accurate reporting, efficient access to information, and audit or compliance readiness
  • Design, evaluate, and continuously improve operational processes, policies, and workflows to ensure they support organizational objectives, values, and applicable regulatory standards
  • Assess existing systems and service delivery models to identify inefficiencies, working closely with supervisors and operations staff to implement improvements that increase productivity and service quality
  • Oversee and refine safety and security strategies to promote efficient operations, manage costs, and enhance overall customer and stakeholder experience
  • Establish and oversee monitoring and tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate program documentation and adherence to DHS SAFETY Act Program requirements
  • Analyze program metrics, reports, and performance data on a regular basis to detect discrepancies, trends, or compliance gaps, and take corrective action as needed
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely access to resources necessary for operational success

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, data analytics, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in operations, compliance, program coordination, or process improvement
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and vendor-management skills
  • Proficiency with conflict resolution techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • Proficiency with tracking tools, databases, and productivity software (e.g., Excel, project management platforms).
  • Excellent decision-making ability
  • Ability to strategically plan
  • Strong customer focus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Familiarity with DHS SAFETY Act Program or other compliance frameworks

SALARY: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
