Overview
Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $43-48 Hourly Start Date: Mar 23, 2026 Our client, a global leader in innovation and performance products, is seeking an Operations Analyst to support operational systems and portfolio management for their innovation teams. This role sits within the Innovation team and focuses on building and managing internal tools that help research, innovation, and strategic partnership teams track projects, manage workload capacity, and maintain accurate portfolio data. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Airtable system design, comfortable working with complex operational data, and enjoys building scalable tools that improve how teams manage work and collaborate. This position combines systems architecture, operations analysis, and cross-functional enablement to ensure innovation teams have clear visibility into project portfolios and resource capacity. What You Will Do
Responsibilities include: * Designing and maintaining complex Airtable database structures and multi-base ecosystems You will support systems used by several functional teams including Engagement, Central Program Management (CPM), and Strategic Partnerships Innovation (SPI). Workload & Capacity Management You will help build processes that give leadership visibility into team workload and capacity across innovation programs. Responsibilities include: * Developing centralized processes for tracking workload distribution across functional teams Reporting & Data Visualization You will design reporting structures that enable teams and leadership to make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include: * Building standardized reporting frameworks and dashboards Airtable Interface Design & User Experience You will create intuitive interfaces that allow non-technical users to interact with complex data systems. Responsibilities include: * Designing custom Airtable interfaces using Interface Designer Tool Rollout, Training & Enablement In addition to building systems, you will support the adoption of operational tools across the innovation organization. Responsibilities include: * Leading rollout and adoption of a custom internal reporting tool called Knowledge Populator What You Bring This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems that help teams operate more effectively. Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in operational management, process improvement, or systems architecture roles Technical Skills Airtable (Required) Strong hands-on experience building and managing Airtable systems, including:
Candidates should have significant experience designing and managing Airtable environments, not just basic usage. Collaboration Tools Experience using collaborative tools such as: * Miro for process mapping, planning, and cross-functional collaboration Core Competencies
