As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, engage with individuals on site, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
• Communicate with site staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of security-related protocols.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports related to daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and the location.
• Follow all site-specific post orders and Allied Universal policies while adapting to the unique operational environment of a logistics and distribution setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
