Enterprise Voice Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Voice Engineer to support the stability, scalability, and modernization of our enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, architecture teams, and vendors to deliver secure, reliable, and innovative voice solutions aligned to business strategy.

Key Responsibilities




  • Lead product lifecycle management for enterprise voice platforms, ensuring security and vendor compliance



  • Design, deliver, and support complex enterprise voice and collaboration solutions



  • Provide L3 support for high-impact production issues and major incidents



  • Develop and review high- and low-level technical designs; participate in peer reviews



  • Collaborate with architecture, operations, and vendors to ensure standards-based delivery



  • Evaluate emerging technologies, assess risk, and recommend improvements



  • Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures




Required Qualifications




  • BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field



  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise voice and collaboration environments



  • Proven experience architecting and supporting large-scale enterprise voice networks



  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills




Technical Expertise




  • Voice technologies: SIP, VoIP (H.323/SIP), SBCs, IP PBX, SIP Trunking



  • Platforms: Cisco Voice (CUCM, Unity, Webex), Genesys, Sonus/Ribbon, Microsoft Teams Voice



  • Networking: LAN/WAN, QoS, MPLS, routing (BGP/OSPF), VLANs



  • Virtualization and cloud: VMware, on-prem and hybrid environments



  • Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and logging tools (e.g., scripting, Splunk)




Financial industry experience preferred.
