Job Description: Data Center Program Director

Reports To: Vice President - Data Center Solutions

Location: Remote / Flexible

Overview

We are seeking a tactical and results-driven Data Center Program Director to lead the development and execution of our strategic initiatives aligned with our F30 Data Center Strategy. This role will serve as a program leader, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering key operational programs that enable scalable growth and differentiated customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the tactical development and implementation of strategic initiatives that support the Data Center strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.

• Design and deploy an organizational and operational structure for the Data Center business, including the Center of Excellence (CoE), Innovation Lab and Customer Experience Centers.

• Provide operational leadership for the integration of acquired data-centric businesses, ensuring continuity and alignment with core objectives.

• Facilitate dotted-line integration across DAA teams (AAP, DDC, Chilldyne, etc.), breaking down business silos and promoting a unified, customer-centric experience.

• Drive improvements in shared functions (e.g., Legal, Customer Care) to enhance speed-to-market and deliver a differentiated customer experience.

Role Impact

This leader will be the tactical engine behind our strategic transformation. By driving cross-functional alignment and delivering key initiatives, the Program Director will help position the Data Center business for sustainable growth, operational agility, and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management, operations leadership, or strategic initiative execution

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority

• Experience in data center, technology, or infrastructure-related industries preferred.

• Highly collaborative; Highly communicative; Excellent Planner

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,800-$188,30, plus a 25% BIP target. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
