We are seeking a visionary and results-driven individual to drive customer acquisition and elevate brand awareness within critical, diverse cultural music sectors. This pivotal role offers the chance to make a significant impact, shaping marketing strategies and directly influencing market expansion. You will be instrumental in connecting with diverse audiences and fostering vibrant communities around music. As a key player, you will own the end-to-end delivery of marketing programs, manage crucial relationships with content creators and partners, and leverage data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on new market investment opportunities. Your strategic thinking and tactical execution will directly contribute to our growth objectives and solidify our position as a leader in cultural music engagement. This is a hybrid role with a strong in-office preference; candidates should be comfortable working onsite most days, with up to two remote days as approved. This role is based in Miami, FL; candidates must be local or willing to commute regularly. **What You'll Do:** * Strategize and execute multi-channel online campaigns, including email and digital placements on proprietary and partner platforms, specifically tailored to engage diverse cultural audiences. * This role carries a significant analytical component and is central to market sizing and investment decision-making. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * 6-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is highly preferred for this level of role. **Team Culture & Environment:** You will join a diverse, high-energy team known for its strategic vision and growth-oriented approach.
