Aquent is partnering with a leading global technology company, renowned for its innovative media products and services, to find a highly skilled Marketing Operations Program Specialist.

In this role, you will bring your deep expertise in CRM issue analysis and marketing operations to a large, matrixed organization. Your primary focus will be on analyzing business processes and CRM platform needs, identifying crucial areas for improvement and optimization. You will be instrumental in enabling the timely delivery, strategy, and execution of in-app messaging, contributing to the seamless experience of millions of users. This position offers a unique chance to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence strategic decisions, and continuously innovate within a fast-paced, evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the analysis of business processes and CRM platform requirements, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement robust data analysis strategies, methodologies, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
  • Direct and collaborate with large cross-functional teams to drive system-scale process and platform improvements.
  • Deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, translating complex data insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders, thereby influencing business strategy.
  • Create detailed technical documentation to capture incident symptoms, root causes, business impact, and resolutions.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of analytic program strategies, ensuring efficient execution and measurable results.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing operations, enhancing efficiency and scalability through data-driven insights.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • At least 3-5 years of experience in analytics or related roles, with a proven track record of driving impact.
  • Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills, capable of structuring complex problems into actionable insights and communicating effectively with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating clear, concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to convey findings and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in gathering data from diverse sources, cleaning, organizing, and applying advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Expertise in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • A track record of challenging the status quo with data, thriving in ambiguous and constantly changing environments, and possessing a curious, eager-to-learn mindset.
  • Phenomenal cross-group collaboration skills, a self-starter attitude, and a big-picture approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with online services (SaaS) and comfort with subscription-based services at scale.
  • BA/BS or advanced degree in Analytics, Marketing, or Engineering.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience with AI/ML technologies.
