About the Role

As a Business Program Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing workflows and advancing operational excellence across programs. You'll support well-defined initiatives within broader projects, applying automation, structured processes, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Develop clear, comprehensive documentation, including solution scope, design, task-level deliverables, milestones, and management processes to ensure stakeholder alignment and accountability.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic programs, serving as a trusted partner to enable leadership decision-making and program excellence.
  • Establish, track, and refine processes in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory policies while identifying opportunities for automation and adoption.
  • Assist in defining program goals and priorities by translating stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project roadmaps to manage expectations, communicate plans, and coordinate resources.
  • Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, contributing insights and guidance to support successful outcomes.
  • Deliver clear, strategic communications to diverse audiences, ensuring timely information sharing and feedback.
  • Support risk identification, assessment, and monitoring, tracking potential impacts on program objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand challenges, define goals, prioritize deliverables, and assess program impact.
  • Contribute to defining and achieving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across programs.
  • Partner with stakeholders and teams to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
