From your PASSION to ours

The Senior Manager of Revenue Growth Management will play a critical role in shaping and executing pricing and trade strategies that maximize growth and profitability. This role will leverage Circana's Price Trade Advantage (PTA) and Business Value Drivers (BVD) tools, along with internal analytics, to deliver actionable insights that optimize trade investment, pricing architecture, and promotional efficiency. This role will drive share gains, net sales, margin expansion, and profitability from top line perspective. This role will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Category Leadership, and Marketing to ensure strategic alignment between pricing, trade execution, and overall business objectives.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

  • Trade Optimization: Utilize Circana's Price Trade Advantage and Business Value Drivers tools to assess trade investment performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimization strategies that improve ROI and drive profitable volume growth.
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Support the design and maintenance of price-pack architecture, list price strategy, and promotional guidelines & guardrails to balance competitiveness, consumer value perception, and margin goals. Work both proactively & reactively to establish recommended base and promotional price points, with firm understanding of key consumer price thresholds.
  • Promotional Effectiveness: Analyze historical promotional performance and model forward-looking scenarios to guide trade planning and funding allocation across customers and channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Category Leadership to translate analytical insights into executable recommendations that align with brand and customer strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and maintain performance dashboards & playbooks, reporting on key RGM metrics such as trade ROI, price elasticity, mix impact, and margin contribution.
  • Scenario & Sensitivity Modeling: Simulate the impact of pricing and trade strategy changes on volume, revenue, and profit to inform commercial decision-making.
  • Process & Tool Enablement: Champion the adoption and continuous improvement of RGM tools and processes, building capability across the broader commercial organization
  • External Focus: Maintain an external focus on market dynamics and consumer trends, including commodity pricing.
  • Trade Management System: Partner with sales to maintain accuracy of internal trade systems
  • Business Impact: Opine on impacts (including innovation, cross-channel conflicts, over budget requests, etc.) for anything related to your assigned categories.
Requirements

From your STORY to ours

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
  • 7+ years of experience with proven track record of delivering results in revenue management, sales, finance, analytics, or shopper insights
  • Proven experience with taking/implementing pricing actions across a portion of the business
  • Proven experience with driving trade spend optimization
  • Understanding of consumer/product thresholds and elasticities
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging IRI, Circana, and Numerator data/tools, including advanced scenario planning
  • Advanced analytical modeling tools and techniques
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Disciplined approach toward execution, attention to detail, and ability to navigate within large and complex data environments
  • Ability to effectively summarize complex information
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation skills
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and evolving business needs
  • Preferred: Trade management system experience

Location

* This role is based in our downtown Chicago office with a 3 day in office hybrid schedule, typically Mon / Tues / Thurs in office
