Job Description:

SUMMARY

We are looking for full-time Preventative Maintenance and Lube Truck Technician for theNew Lock at the Soo Project located in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan. This individual will perform preventative maintenance on all on-site equipment and support mobile equipment mechanics as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and maintain lube truck
• Operate and maintain greasing equipment
• Perform job site housekeeping duties
• Inspection and care of on-site company vehicle
• Communication and scheduling of work

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of relative experience and/or training with construction equipment maintenance.
• Must have clean driving record
• Must be comfortable driving large 20-foot box truck (no CDL required).
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to schedule your owndaily, and weekly work and jobs
• Night shift, Monday through Friday 5:30pm to 5:30am and Saturday 3:30pm to ~1:30am.
• Willing to work outside in hot and cold weather
• Basic mechanical skills are needed to do repairs and maintenance
• Reliable, punctual and takes pride in quality work
