Job Description:

Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will ensure proper handling of incoming and outgoing materials in the manufacturing facility. This involves tasks like receiving incoming materials, coordinating shipping of orders, order pickups, and conducting regular cycle counts. Additionally, you will actively collaborate with scheduling, third-party warehouse, and internal clean rooms to optimize the flow of materials through the facility.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Receives incoming product shipments from both external and internal suppliers. Performs count checks on received material quantities. Processes each item into inventory systems on SAP to maintain accurate logistics.

  • Procures appropriate labels and organizes received materials into designated areas for distribution around the facility.

  • Conducts scheduled picks of requested components/materials, additional parts, reservations, resupply materials, and consolidates and delivers them to various cleanroom for assembly or production orders.

  • Follows cleanroom protocols. This includes the use of specified protective gear and garments designed to maintain clean and controlled work environment conditions.

  • Generates materials and documents for shipping orders: Packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels.

  • Manages escalations from internal and external customers for missing or expedited items.

  • Efficiently coordinates overstock transfers for 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) inventory.

  • Supports inventory control in conducting regular cycle counts and assists in process improvements.

  • Utilizes RF gun, Reach Truck, Fork Truck, and WAV mobile equipment safely and effectively to support daily company and department objectives.

  • Completes washing procedure for incoming components to be utilized in cleanroom assembly.

  • Maintains a clean and safe work area. Performs duties in a safe manner and observes approved safety procedures. Communicates potential hazards immediately to supervisor.

  • Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.

Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, etc.):

  • Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship.

  • At least one (1) year of experience working in a warehouse setting (receiving, shipping, or kitting) is preferred.

  • Familiarity with SAP software and/or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMSs) to maintain records, input data, and generate reports is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to safely operate Forklift, Reach Truck, or other related warehouse equipment.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift.

  • Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to be used at all times while on duty. This includes the use of safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes.

  • Employees in this role will be occasionally required to work at heights up to 20' using powered industrial equipment and/or forklifts as part of their responsibilities.

  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse since the work area is close to the unloading/loading dock.

  • This role involves occasionally working in a clean-room environment to deliver kitting orders which may require additional hygiene requirements such as not using perfumes, colognes, or other strong fragrances.

Summary:

As a Quality Inspector you are an essential part of helping Entegris be part of the Future of Innovation! The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing a wide variety of inspections, including checks and measurements for quality control for the manufacturing of products. You will need to be familiar with performing part measurements and comparing the results to a known standard to ensure strict customer requirements.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Approve incoming materials, in process production, and finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting unacceptable materials; creating quality notification for non-conformances.

  • Communicate discrepancies to production supervisor and help determine next steps.

  • Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; inputting data into quality database.

  • Conduct process audits.

  • Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs as needed.

  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.

  • Understand and apply statistical process control techniques, including basic chart interpretation and capability analysis.

Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Physical Requirements):

  • Previous quality/inspector roles in a manufacturing environment preferred

  • Experience navigating SAP and Quality systems preferred

  • Skilled using a variety of measurement equipment including calipers, pin gage set, height gage, test indicator, micrometer, pitch micrometer, dial indicator, surface plate, optical comparator, smart scope, coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and vision systems (i.e. Keyence)

  • Good oral and written communication skills, ability to work with cross functional teams

  • Proficient with excel, technical training in blueprint reading, willingness to learn, thorough, detailed oriented, open to feedback
