YOUR OPPORTUNITY


We have an exciting Rework Inventory Clerk opportunity in our Guymon Processing Plant. In this highly impactful role, you will be a key member of the shipping team. The Rework Inventory Clerk will maintain and update all aspects of shipping rework and inventory within the warehouses. Reconcile discrepancies in inventories and notify Management of irregularities. They will communicate all inventory inquires through proper channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES


This list is not intended to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.




  • Rework and remanifest damaged fresh/frozen shipping combos and cases.
  • Coordinate with fresh and frozen shipping teams to ensure timely rework and product availability for customer orders.
  • Assist Inventory Controller with cycle counts, rotation, and case transfers.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels; perform physical counts and reconcile with WMS reports.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and verify/reconcile data in WMS system & AS400.
  • Transfer, relocate, and receive Finished Goods using RF scanners; report discrepancies to management daily.
  • Perform data entry and communicate inventory details via email, phone, or in person.
  • Operate material handling equipment (pallet jack, sit-down/stand-up forklift, high reach forklift, combo dumper).

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Required:



  • High School or GED.
  • 1 year of relevant experience.


Preferred:



  • Ability to read and interpret documents in the English language such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence


SCHEDULE



  • Hours, established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely works near moving mechanical parts and is exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions. Consistently working in environment ranging from +35 to -20 degrees
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually at a level wear OSHA required hearing protection is required
