This role is a key leadership position within the National Social Work Team. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional projects and driving process improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of our social work programs and improve patient outcomes. This individual will act as a strategic partner, working across various teams including Clinical, IT and Operations to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and manage projects from conception through to successful implementation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Directly oversees manager level teammates, coaching them on performance to ensure they are successful in their role.
  • Drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects that span multiple teams including Clinical, IT, and Operations.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze social work and operational workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design, implement, and measure the impact of innovative solutions and standardize best practices to improve service quality and teammate satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the long-term strategy of the National Social Work Team by developing business cases and proposals for new initiatives.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program effectiveness and project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, from field teammates to executive sponsors, to ensure success.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and presentations on project status, outcomes, and recommendations to leadership.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $141,000.00 - $204,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
