Position Title: Forklift Operator
Wage: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday, Overtime as Needed) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator in Oskaloosa, IA to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient use of warehouse space. Apply now! Forklift Operator Responsibilities: - Unload inbound shipments and verify merchandise against shipping documents - Move and store merchandise properly, documenting storage locations -Report shipment discrepancies to warehouse personnel - Pick, prepare, and load orders for outbound shipment, ensuring accuracy in product type and quantity - Locate and relocate merchandise to maximize space utilization and picking efficiency - Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receipts, and shipments - Fold cardboard totes as needed Requirements for Forklift Operator: - Prior forklift operating experience - Strong attention to detail - Ability to follow procedures - Ability to get on and off a forklift safely - Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
