Lubbock Event Specialist 43414BR TTU Alumni Engagement Position Description Assists with the development and implementation of special events. Facilitates production of events by communicating with vendors, guests, internal staff and customers. About the Department and/or College The Texas Tech University Office of Alumni Engagement, also known as the Texas Tech Alumni Association (TTAA), connects former students to the university and to one another through a membership-based network that supports the university, builds relationships and fosters growth. The department is responsible for generating memberships, which allow for opportunities to connect with former students through events, programs, and chapters. Following its transition to become part of the university in 2025, the department's mission remains unchanged: We exist to connect, inspire and love our Red Raider Family. Major/Essential Functions
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus one year related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience equal to five years. Preferred Qualifications

Travel Required Up to 25% Shift Day Schedule Details This position is based in Lubbock, but will support the chapters in the Dallas - Fort Worth, Texas area. Travel is required to attend events.
