Estate Planning Paralegal Bethesda, MD Pay From: $75,000 per year MUST: Experienced Estate Planning Paralegal 2+ years of estate paralegal experience 1+ years of experience with estate tax preferred Excellent written and verbal communications skills Experience with open probate, prepare court filings, inventory assets, manage asset liquidation, and handle trust funding/distributions. Must be self-driven and self-starter Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and writing Strong organizational and client relationship building skills DUTIES: Drafting estate planning documents Estate planning for simple and sophisticated estate plans Assisting with valuing estate assets and coordinating with financial institutions.
