The vehicle delivery team is responsible for building world class checkout experience for our customers as well as multiple internal tools to make life of our delivery advisors simple. At the same time you will work with skilled software engineers, product managers and application users bringing a vision into reality. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications for Tesla's current and next-generation Digital Experience solutions for the vehicle delivery flows in React, React Native, Javascript Learn complex systems pertaining to delivery flow, be responsible for deployment, stability, and usability of applications Demonstrate ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels in the organization and across multiple disciplines Deliver end-to-end, fully functional features - from requirements gathering through production deployment Work with agile requirements adapting quickly to evolving business needs and user feedback Collaborate with cross-functional team of backend developers, product engineers, testers, end users Ensure high technical standards and code quality Contribute to performance optimization of the existing flows What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience building applications with React, HTML, CSS Proficiency in JavaScript, ES5/6, HTML, CSS and React framework Strong understanding of component-based development Proficiency with software engineering best practices including writing production quality code, agile development, version control Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience with React Native is a plus Experience with PHP is a plus Compensation and Benefits Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire: Medical plans > plan options with $0 payroll deduction Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution Company Paid (Health Savings Accounts) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High-Deductible medical plan with HSA Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits Company paid Basic Life, AD&D Short-term and long-term disability insurance (90 day waiting period) Employee Assistance Program Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions, Accrued hours for Hourly positions), and Paid Holidays Back-up childcare and parenting support resources Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs Tesla Babies program Commuter benefits Employee discounts and perks program Expected Compensation $164,480 - $246,720/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
