• Design Learning Experiences: Apply frameworks such as ADDIE and 4MAT to build engaging, outcome-based learning experiences. Consult and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective learning solutions
• Deliver and Facilitate Development Programs: Leadclassroom, 1-1, and large audiencesessions related to leadership, communication,team management, and culture building. Adopt content and delivery to diverse audiences whilemaintainingconsistency across locations
• GuideCareerDevelopment: Own the end-to-end experience foremployees on a management career pathwayfrom coordination and facilitation to measurement and iteration.Be prepared to support andadviseemployees about their career pathways and leadership ambitions
• Measure Impact: Use Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation to assess effectiveness andidentifyopportunities to enhanceengagement, learning, behavior change, and business impact
• Partner Across Business Units: Consult with leaders and HR partners toidentifydevelopment needs, connect participants to available resources, create and deploy programs that improve performance and collaboration
• Execute with Precision: Managelogistics, communications, scheduling, and data tracking for assigned programs. Build feedback loops that continuously improve delivery and scale
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze program data and participant feedback,as well asemerging leadership trends to recommend enhancements in content, delivery, and infuse fresh insights into training programs.Lead post-program debriefs with business units to refine strategies, ensuring leadership development evolves in alignment with shifting organizational priorities

• Degree or certification (ICF, ATD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)ispreferred
• 5plusyears of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, ora Leadership roleinafast-paced, high-change environment
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and measure learning programs using frameworks such as ADDIE, 4MAT, and Kirkpatrick
• Strong facilitation and consulting skills, with ability to engage both frontline employees and senior leaders
• Experience owning end-to-end execution, includingresearch,logistics, communication,delivery,and evaluation
• Excellent communication, prioritization, systemsand creativethinking,initiationand relationship-building skills Thrives in complexity and ambiguity, adapts quickly, and builds clarity through action
